The Driver is primarily responsible for the transport of demonstration units or units for sale from origin to assigned destinations and the proper maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle. In relation to company operations, he is responsible for the safe transport of passengers on o􀆯icial trips to and from assigned designation. He also acts as messenger for the company.

The Delivery Specialist proactively deliver the Ford Guest Experience process at an exceptional level to all Guests that come into contact with the Dealership’s sales department, specifically to manage the keep me informed process, preparing the guest’s car for delivery, and managing the guest’s big day of car delivery.

The Branch Head is primarily responsible for the overall management of the dealership / branch operations in the process ensuring the achievement of branch sales goals and objectives in conformity to guidelines provided by the corporate o􀆯icers.

The Assistant Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the supervision of the e􀆯orts of sales consultants related to generation of sales of automotive units and ancillary services such as financing and insurance. He / she may be directly involved in selling activities unilaterally or in support of sales consultants.

In the light of the commission and incentive schemes provided on top of the regular compensation, this position is classified into a separate Job Cluster from other non officer positions in the organization.
